🔹new patients: If you are new, welcome! Please book an initial visit.
🔹location: Now operating out of Brentwood Bay Community Wellness, address & map linked on your booking confirmation & reminder emails. Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment.
🔹busy times: If you can’t find an appointment, please utilize the waitlist. Cancellations come up frequently!
✨Cancellation Policy: I require at least 24 hours notice for all cancelled and rescheduled appointments✨
If you are feeling unwell, or if someone in your household is sick, please cancel your appointment with as much notice as possible. Illness and emergencies are always taken into consideration for late cancellations, and if you give me some notice, I can most likely fill your spot!
Otherwise, late cancellations are subject to the following fees:
- 12 - 24 hours notice is subject to 50% charge
- Less than 12 hours notice is subject to 100% charge
